Framed display of Letters with bed sheet swatches and a letter from the Beatles attorney telling them to cease and desist.
The Beatles stayed at the Whittier Hotel, Detroit, Michigan on the 6th September 1964 while the group were in the city to perform two shows at the Olympia Stadium. Each swatch is glued to a letter which confirms that the group stayed at the hotel, when they checked in and out. In the bottom left corner an approximately 1 inch square of bedsheet has been glued to the letter. Each letter measures 14.8cm x 22.8cm (5.8 inches x 9 inches). There is a glue stain to the upper part of each bedsheet. The condition overall is very good plus.
